What is CINEMAFORGE ?

A great tip from the man, himself, Bud Curtis!

CINEMAFORGE is a cool little piece of software that allows you to convert
your videos to other formats and even cooler than that, it allows you to get videos from websites like YouTube and Google.

check it out here!

Although CinemaForge can be used as a stand alone app and you can use it to get vids from YouTube & Google, as well as any other embedded video page on the web, another handy tool is installing the VideoDownloader extension for Firefox. Then with one easy click you can grab a video from any web page, save it to a folder, and then pop open CinemaForge to do the conversions down the road.

CinemaForge is great because you can customize almost any setting of the vid file from bit rate, dimensions, frame rate, etc. and you can use it to convert a vid file of any format to any other format. Great for making DVDs of cool videos you find on YouTube or whatever. Thanks for getting this posted Chado.
